The Nio Kvinnor holding (“nine women” in Swedish), alongside its wholly owned subsidiaries to be called Secrecy Plus, is a commercial business proposal which makes processes of smaller-scale and niche software discovery, consulting, scoping, development, and delivery as profitable for corporates and corporate organisations (ie those places that coordinate the roles of larger and smaller numbers of people, both: businesses and so forth, but also fields such as education, medicine, legal, law enforcement, security, the military and others) as, in the past, the scattergun approaches of cloud (just one example) have been to date.
We distinguish between two development approaches. The first one is not what we aim to do; the second is precisely why Nio Kvinnor/Secrecy Plus are to be set up:
General purpose technologies (GPTs), such as these days email and cloud, and historically, the wheel and the printing-press. True GPTs can be applied in all areas of human activity. But much of what is called a GPT is actually standardised technology which has to be shoehorned using marketing techniques & persuasive language in order to convince a potential client that what they are buying into is made-to-measure and just what’s needed, when actually it is neither.
Special purpose technologies (SPTs), for the chosen business activities that Nio Kvinnor/Secrecy Plus will be involved in, specifically for the delivery of intuition validation software & hardware (platforms and devices which enhance and expand human thought in intuition-friendly/intuition-positive ways), via newly considered secrecy positive architectures.
In order to achieve these objectives, we propose a fully revised and enhanced software- and hardware-discovery process we call “New Lean”:

To summarise, Nio Kvinnor/Secrecy Plus deepens, expands and enhances our innate, human capabilities to deliver on profoundly efficient intuitive insights (arational thinking, high-level domain expertise, gut feelings, hunches, etc) in a wide variety of different sectors and activities, in highly profitable and equally efficient ways, using special purpose technology IT (SPTs) via New Lean discovery strategies that make smaller scale and niche software- and hardware-development as ultimately profitable as scattergun (ie killer application) approaches (eg the GPT of ChatGPT), optimised and made accurate to the maximum through secrecy positive architectures that nurture not extract the truth.
