The PhD hub
“nio kvinnor” springs from the writings of a man. This man’s name is Mil Williams. He’s a thinker more than anything, who often writes his thoughts down, and sometimes only gets them because he writes them down.
What you see in front of you is the result of thinkings that arc over at least two decades of thought, and maybe had their origin back in the early 1980s when he studied Film & LIterature at university level.
After all this time, Mil now wants to deliver a PhD in two parts, with one other person:
The more descriptive of the two proposals, designed to lay down and evidence exactly how powerful forces across the globe manipulate democracy by, in immensely persistent ways, covertly attacking the lives and careers of democratic citizens. It will be a praxis-based PhD, and will deliver an instruction manual for everyone who wants to know more about how to protect ordinary citizens from increasing levels of cognitive and hybrid warfare.
The more productive of the two proposals, designed to lead to the development and implementation of new software architectures, legal frameworks and cultures aimed at empowering citizens in both totalitarian and authoritarian (i.e., potentially soon-to-be totalitarian) regimes to stop such instincts in their tracks, before they have a chance to embed themselves in their societies.

Means, rationale, and outcome
The delivery of intuition validation biotools and bioweapons, in order to eliminate almost all kinds of criminal activity, including crime, neocrime, neo-terrorism on the individual, and loopholes & related zemiological acts, by 2043.
It’s suggested an intuition corporation be created alongside the academic-level research to be carried out, with the goal of preventing the expansion — over the next five years and beyond — of authoritarian governments like Hungary, and perhaps shortly Slovakia too, into full-blown totalitarian regimes such as Russia, Iran, North Korea and China:

With “nio kvinnor”, then, Mil is suggesting we separate the business activities with all the ideas he has had to date into a separate structure run by “nine determined women”, thus releasing him to concentrate wholly on the proposed two-part PhD-level research, or — where a given — formal PhD research sanctioned by a university, or universities, to be decided.
