Background
This section contains the rationales and latest nio kvinnor proposals with the following focuses:
a) The democratic citizen as an individual.
Defending the sovereign bodies of individual democratic citizens as they continue to face an increasingly invasive cognitive and hybrid warfare on their persons, communities, and nation-states from enemies of democratic renewal such as Russia and China.
b) The democratic citizen as a collective.
Promoting, through the research into and delivery of new privacy-positive and secrecy-positive software and hardware architectures, the “(re-)building of the FEARless CITIZEN” in already existent totalitarian societies such as Russia, China, North Korea, Iran and related, as well as supporting other citizens to maintain their “FEARless” instincts in currently authoritarian nation-states sliding towards totalitarianism.
c) The democratic citizen as professional and specialist.
Scoping, designing, researching, and delivering in both newly focused and simultaneously immensely profitable ways (in all senses of how we understand “profitable”) brand-new technologies, legal codifications, and cultural expectations in the fields of security, the military & armed forces in all domains including cognitive and hybrid, espionage, law enforcement, legal and a wider societal-located mental wellbeing.

Assumptions
The status quo is now ineffective:
We have spent decades as technological voyeurs, considering it sufficient to peek into purposefully leaky infrastructures, as we choose only to out-spy our enemies.
As a result we have lost the capacity to out-think them.
This approach has always been complacent and, in view of the evidence beginning to emerge in respect of historical cognitive and hybrid criminality, is not fit-for-purpose.
We are only recently waking up to the extreme cognitive and hybrid criminality committed against democracy for at least two decades.
We are beginning to become reactive to this as we attempt to fight back.
However, it's not just a matter of learning how to reverse-engineer what they did all these years, in order to understand better what they got away with, but to begin to forward-engineer in order to ensure that what we do conquers totalitarian nation-states for the foreseeable.
We are, therefore, not starting World War 3. We are simply ending World War 2.
Proposed workstreams
Nio Kvinnor proposes that we focus on defending — now and the long-term, simultaneously — our Western & related democratic citizens in three of the situations they find themselves in our modern democracies.
That is:
The democratic citizen as an individual.
The democratic citizen as a collective.
The democratic citizen as professional and specialist.
We also suggest we must support both those communities and/or nation-states which yearn to either revert to becoming democratic again, or wish to be so for the very first time.
In order to deliver effectively on such goals, our priorities must be:
Reverse-engineering the last two decades of cognitive and hybrid warfare in order to better combat existing totalitarian and authoritarian violence on democratic citizens.

Responding with fulsome premeditation to totalitarian regimes — including nation-states, terrorist actors, and organised criminality — with a particular allied and collective focus on our enemies’ acts of cognitive, hybrid, and traditional warfare, factoring in a costed Marshall-plan end-game from the start in order to have the right to act as proportionately as necessary.
