We believe that in a hugely aggressive sector such as IT-tech, the ability to protect oneself against hostile buy-up and close-down needs to be factored into any business that aims for ongoing and eventual global expansion.
Nio Kvinnor / Secrecy Plus aims for ongoing and eventual global expansion. It is designed from the beginning to threaten Silicon Valley’s “Melian Dialogue” with everyone (to use Bill Patry of Google’s infamous term when he described what, in his view, had to be the inevitable global domination of companies like his: a total domination that he felt the world had to accept and roll over to, just as the Melians had been supposed to do with Athens).
However, what started out as a moral imperative [ https://niokvinnor.com/people ] two decades ago is now a series of serious technical, technological, and strategic challenges for all corporations, organisations, and individuals that not only treasure the privacy of their creativity, insights, innovation, invention, and IP (privacy meaning that everyone knows what we’re doing but, even so, can’t see us doing it), but also, now much more importantly, are deeply worried about their secrecy (secrecy meaning people don’t only not see what we’re doing but don’t even know what it is we’re doing).
Why more so now than before?

Business structure: What
In order to ensure no hostile takeover by Silicon Valley and similar will ever take place, as we face them down head-on in everything they will continue to do to maintain their illegitimate absence of dialogue with the rest of the world, we follow the IKEA business template. In Sweden and elsewhere this is a well-understood business figure for building profitable business models, without running the risk of hostile competition, conducted often in immensely bad faith by businesspeople only interested in containing the free market and the free competition that would otherwise emerge.
Nio Kvinnor / Secrecy Plus was originally proposed to be set up in three levels:
This has now been simplified down to just two, in the light of observations and thinking from third parties not yet directly involved:
Nio Kvinnor: The holding company, located in Stockholm, Sweden. As with IKEA, it is the controlling level no one can buy or sell, via the constitutional nature of its legal figure (well understood in Swedish circles, and the driver of IKEA’s notable success over a period of time).
Secrecy Plus: The subsidiaries, owned directly by the holding Nio Kvinnor. These subsidiaries will be set up according to standard business criteria in relation to their alignment with marketplaces and client demand, the mission and values of the holding, the moral and practical needs of Western and Western-style democracies, and other related matters to be decided collectively on establishment.
A third element will involve organisation-ringfenced joint ventures between Nio Kvinnor, the holding, and the aforementioned institutions. The joint ventures will enable secret workstreams, which will not be cross-pollinated to other activities in the group, to be carried out safely and securely between Nio Kvinnor and, for example, a national security agency from one allied nation-state, in the battle we are all increasingly fighting to ensure Western-style democracy’s renewal and expanding presence.

Three fundamental business processes will guarantee the value-add, accuracy and relevance, and client cost-containment of our software- and device-development activities.
These processes are as follows:

Engineering by Nio Kvinnor’s top tier-tech partners of choice, on the basis of our own datasets from points 1 and 2 above | software-, platform-, and hardware-engineering will be delivered by top tier-tech corporations, to specifications it will be Nio Kvinnor/Secrecy Plus’s joint responsibilities to draw up and define, using our continuously researched processes from points 1 and 2 above.
Definitions:
Secrecy-positive tools make it possible for everyone to create accurate software-discovery datasets, so smaller-scale software and even niche delivery become as profitable as large-scale: a channelled secrecy therefore meaning people reveal the real problems that have always demanded made-to-measure approaches, not the problems their managers have often self-interestedly decided are the only ones which can be discussed.
Solution-agnostic consulting just means Nio Kvinnor will establish the technology needs of the client in terms of the client who pays, not in terms of the bottom-line of the tech partner which generally markets standardised as made-to-measure in order to shift more, essentially ready-made, digital services and products more quickly.
Re Big Tech:
It is currently contemplated that one big tech, non-Silicon Valley, US-based company becomes the soon-to-market distributor of our first operating system, built out of a specially redesigned privacy positive flavour of Linux called Secrecy Plus. These privacy positive aspects will be aimed at the B2B and B2C markets for the foreseeable:

They will involve new code for the Secrecy Plus operating system as well as modifications to the higher-than-normal specifications provided by the proposed distributor, in terms of the hardware that Secrecy Plus will run on for the aforementioned markets.
(Noted: If agreement cannot be reached with the proposed Big Tech distributor, no other US presence is contemplated in any of the subsidiaries or joint ventures for the moment, though depending on political and other business factors this may change where good faith is sensed and evidenced on all sides. Distribution of the operating system plus its related hardware will then be structured around top-tier European tech with the capability to provide similar services.)
