Three stages of business activity: The two which make us worth investing in
I’ve been working on an update to traditional startup for a number of years. Since last year in Stockholm, Sweden, I’ve become much more focused.

This update to traditional startup forms the first layer necessary to make delivery of SPTs (special purpose technology IT) as profitable as GPTs (general purpose technology IT) have on occasions been shown to be (for example, cloud services, email, and others).
To sum up: the holding niokvinnor and its Secrecy Plus members will be directly responsible for two processes across the whole group (points 1 and 2 below).
Meanwhile, the third leg of our offer (point 3) will be the responsibility of hyper-focused tech partners concentrating exclusively on engineering our own clients’ much more accurately determined (by now) real-world needs:

This will reduce the need for reworking code and engineering later on in the process, so increasing the RoI of companies — and therefore their own investors — which will work with us.
Consulting by nio kvinnor (+ Secrecy Plus members) | solution-agnostic consulting processes ensure that our own direct clients will not only get the best but also the most accurately relevant, always, of our big-tech partners’ engineering capabilities.
Engineering by Secrecy Plus members’ big-tech and top tier-tech partners of choice, on the basis of our own datasets from points 1 and 2 above | software-, platform-, and hardware-engineering will be delivered by big- and top tier-tech corporations, to specifications it will be nio kvinnor’s responsibility to draw up and define, using our continuously researched processes from points 1 and 2 above.
Definitions:
Secrecy-positive tools make it possible for everyone to create supremely accurate software-discovery datasets, so smaller-scale software and even niche delivery become as profitable as large-scale: a channelled secrecy therefore meaning people reveal the real problems that have always demanded made-to-measure approaches, not the problems their managers have often self-interestedly decided are the only ones which can be discussed.
Solution-agnostic consulting just means nio kvinnor will establish the technology needs of the client in terms of the client which pays, not in terms of the bottom-line of the tech partner which generally markets standardised as made-to-measure in order to shift more existing boxes more quickly.
