This is a preparatory space for the project “Secrecy Plus Com”.

Meetings will be held over the next month or so to establish and agree on the business structure, stakeholders and location for the project itself.

This page you are reading now contains a proposal for locating the project, its related workstreams, and all other related activities, in the state of Sweden/Sverige.

It was first posted at LinkedIn on 11th April 2025, for public knowledge, discovery and discussion. (Some of what follows has been slightly adapted and expanded from this original post.)

Finally, I would like us all to be able to freely wish and sincerely want to sign — at the very minimum — a Letter of Intent amongst all interested parties next week. This webpage has been created on Saturday 12th April 2025.

The proposal which this evening I'm suggesting we agree on next week here in Sweden/Sverige:

i'm only going to talk with _____ for the moment

  • cb is not going to be involved, nor any of any supposed irish team

  • no british involvement for the foreseeable, either

  • '____ on linux' only for where swedish companies cannot deliver physical device/op sys products & services themselves to our clients and end-users

  • the linux we use for the initial phases will be swedish designed and manufactured, and called 'secrecy plus'

  • the research ip we begin to generate collectively, meantime, will end up belonging to the swedish armed forces in perpetuity

  • there will be a b2b/b2c workstream based only on linux for the foreseeable, to enable business and ordinary citizens both to defend themselves much better against a cognitive, hybrid and asymmetrical warfare that governments will continue not to be able to do much more about (at least in respect of businesses and individuals)

  • the pure-research workstreams will have covert applications only for the foreseeable

  • only wholly swedish owned and run companies can participate in the scoping, design, development, and delivery of the project (even its b2b and b2c workstreams based on our own ‘secrecy plus’ linux: here we will propose working with ____ even so, where an appetite still exists on their side, for distribution of devices/op-sys configurations we cannot ourselves deliver on)

  • any current foreign ownership of a proposed swedish partner must be divested completely before any participation in any aspects of the project becomes possible

  • where divestment is not possible, participation by this party will also not be possible

I am open, however, to further conversations and suggestions re how to achieve the outcomes that I am sure most of us now wish for: the complete dismantling of the #totalitarian capabilities of #putin, his #oligarchs, a wider #russia, and more broadly speaking everywhere we may find such tendencies, particularly where a growing #authoritarianism now manifests itself.

Here, I'd also add those countries which nominally still remain our allies at this moment.
